Where birthday parties happen at PlayZone

Reserve a time slot and we'll hold it for seven days while you confirm. No charge during the hold period.

Game Zone Thrills Daily

Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received. Final balance is due thirty days before your visit, or immediately if you book within that window.

Changing your date

Reschedule once free up to twenty-one days before your visit to any available time. A second change depends on us filling your original slot.

Prize games galore

• More than thirty days ahead: full refund minus deposit
• Fifteen to thirty days ahead: fifty percent of event fee refunded
• Under fifteen days: no refund, but you can transfer your reservation to someone else

Arcade venue open daily

We need a minimum group size for private events. If we can't meet it, we'll tell you twenty-one days early and offer you another date, a different party package, or a complete refund.

Family entertainment without leaving the city limits

Participants under eighteen need a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. Let us know about any mobility needs or allergies — we customize the experience and always welcome everyone.

Indoor Activities for Every Age and Skill

Game tokens or credits, dedicated host, reserved game zone area, and tables for food and cake. Travel to Lumenplaygo, personal food and decorations are your responsibility.
